Equipment Tracker Launches in the Tractor Zoom Pro Mobile App
Equipment Tracker streamlines the check-in and check-out process for equipment dealers.
It provides real-time inventory accuracy, enhances accountability, and protects valuable assets with a seamless, user-friendly workflow for checking in equipment, enhancing accountability and visibility across your dealership.
This comprehensive solution helps prevent costly inventory mistakes and significantly improves profitability. Here’s how it works:
- Start the Check-In: When a piece of equipment arrives on the lot, simply open the Tractor Zoom Pro App to initiate the check-in process.
- Capture Equipment Details: Enter essential information such as year, make, model, and serial number directly in the app.
- Take Photos: Use the app to capture images of the equipment directly, snapping pictures from all four corners. There’s no need to use your phone’s camera separately; this feature allows you to highlight any areas of concern, damage, or missing attachments right within the app.
- Add Notes: Use the open “Notes” field to document any additional information, such as existing damage, concerns, or extra parts and tires.
- Submit the Entry: After filling in the details, submit the equipment entry with just a tap of a finger.
- Automatic Notifications: Once submitted, all relevant parties receive automatic email notifications about the equipment’s status, prompting necessary actions like cleaning, servicing, or adding the unit to inventory for resale.
- Access in Desktop Application: All details and the overall check-in queue are also accessible within the Tractor Zoom Pro desktop application, ensuring everyone stays informed.

Tractor Zoom Pro App for Appraisals Updates
Now in the Tractor Zoom Pro App for Appraisals, you’ll find the field “Expected Price” renamed to Expected Retail Price for clarity and accuracy. Also in the app, use an optional calculator field to determine Estimated Auction Value of the equipment.
