 Onboarding

Customer Success first engages the client to define what success looks like, then builds a plan to achieve it.

They support the technical build of each Tractor Zoom Pro account, including integrations and imports, so the platform is specific to the use case and data needed to exceed client expectations.

 Training

To maximize the successful adoption of Tractor Zoom Pro, initial training is provided for all Tractor Zoom Pro users, virtually or in-person.

Additional 1:1 or group trainings are available as needed, with all training geared towards explaining the WHY and HOW for each Tractor Zoom Pro product.

 Ongoing Support

Customer Success is available post-onboarding and training to ensure clients are getting the most out of their Tractor Zoom Pro account.

They provide timely responses to client questions or issues via support tickets, emails, and phone calls. They address issues directly or communicate a timeline for when an issue will be resolved.

 Product Development

The Customer Success team is the internal-facing liaison for all Tractor Zoom clients, sharing feedback directly with the product and engineering teams to advocate on behalf of the customer.

Additionally, they help keep clients up-to-date on upcoming features or product releases, while also coordinating beta-testing on key product innovations
